Grab/Lalamove/3rd Party Drivers

If you are arranging for a 3rd party driver to collect your order from us, please ensure that a car is selected and not a motorcycle. 

You are required to clearly provide the driver with your name and order number as they will need to present it to us in order to collect your order.

We do not take responsibility for any problems, issues, or situations that arise from and arise because of the 3rd party delivery service as well as for the items once they have left our premises. It is advisable that the driver takes a picture of all the items of your order before and after delivering them to you.

We do not make any delivery arrangements or book and arrange 3rd party delivery services on behalf of pickup customers. Please arrange for your own 3rd party delivery service if you have opted for self-pickup and are not able to collect your order from us.

Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

  • $20 standard delivery.
  • Delivery will be made between 11am to 6pm.
  • All orders are arranged to arrive within the chosen time slot. We cannot arrange the delivery to arrive at, or after a specific time (e.g at 1pm). Drivers deliver to a few places in one trip following a route that is carefully planned, arranged and optimised.

Changi Airport/ Sentosa/ Tuas Delivery

  • $35 delivery to Changi Airport/ Sentosa/ Tuas.

Specific Time Delivery

  • Specific time delivery is available at $35.
  • You may pick a 1.5 hour time slot for the cookies to arrive, starting from 9.30am.

Delivery Important Information:

All orders are arranged to arrive within the chosen time slot. We cannot arrange the delivery to arrive at, by, or after a specific time (eg. at 1pm). Drivers deliver to a few places in one trip following a route that is carefully planned, arranged, and optimised.

However, factors that affect or may cause early arrivals or delays in deliveries (non-exhaustive):

  • The availability of drivers.
  • Traffic conditions.
  • Weather conditions.
  • How long a driver is held up at a certain delivery location.
  • Unforeseen circumstances.
  • Circumstances beyond our control.

In such events, our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time and long delays may occur. This is outside of our control. Whisk of Sunshine will not accept responsibility for late delivery of orders and no refunds or re-deliveries will be initiated. Buyers are advised to select a time slot with these possibilities taken into account.

While we try our best to arrange orders to arrive within the chosen time slot, Whisk of Sunshine will not be held responsible for any early arrivals or delays of delivery due to any of the reasons above or because of any circumstances impacting the availability of the 3rd party drivers we use and anything else outside of our control.

Please opt for self-pickup or select an available earlier/later time slot if you cannot risk the items arriving earlier or later than a chosen time frame.

For deliveries to hotels, MBS, shopping malls, JEWEL, museums, and other restricted zones, the cookies would have to be strictly collected from the main lobby or nearest pick up point by default. If you wish for delivery directly to the room or restaurant, please write in to inform us and we would check against our availability. A surcharge of $5 would apply.

Successful Delivery

A delivery is considered successful if received by the recipient or an authorized individual. Items left with security, reception, or neighbors with consent are also considered successfully delivered.

Recipients must inspect items upon receipt and report any damage within 3 hours, providing photographic evidence for assessment and resolution.

Unsuccessful Delivery

An unsuccessful delivery occurs when a driver assigned to your order is unable to deliver the items due to the following reasons:

  • The recipient is unreachable or uncontactable upon the driver's arrival at the delivery address.
  • The recipient is not present at home during the delivery attempt.
  • There is no one available to receive the order on behalf of the recipient at the delivery address.
  • The delivery address provided is incorrect, insufficient, or not searchable on Google Maps.
  • No valid contact number was provided to facilitate successful delivery attempts.
  • The recipient refuses to accept the items or is unwilling to collect them from the designated drop-off point.
  • The recipient does not consent to leaving the items with another person or in an alternative location within the premises.
  • The recipient requests the driver to wait longer than 10 minutes at the delivery address.
  • Other circumstances preventing the driver from handing over the items to the recipient or someone acting on their behalf, on a case-by-case basis.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery:

  1. The buyer will be notified via the email used to place the order.
  2. Drivers will return the items to our store after completing all scheduled deliveries.
  3. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the on-demand delivery service, we do not entertain requests for refunds of the item(s) or delivery fee.
  4. The buyer or their representative must:
  • Collect the items from our store on the same day during operating hours after they are returned by the driver.
  • Re-delivery may be arranged at an additional fee, subject to driver availability and schedule; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • Collect the items from our store during operating hours on the following day.
  • Arrange for their own third-party delivery service, such as GrabCar, to collect the items from our store during operating hours after they are returned by the driver.
  • Items left uncollected from our store for more than one day will be disposed of.

Damage/Defects

  • All orders and items are carefully checked and sent out in good condition. In the unlikely event that the items arrive not in good condition, please report it to us immediately or within 3 hours of receipt with a clear picture of the damage/defect. All items must be unconsumed, in the state that such damage/defect was discovered, and/or in their original state.
